Ryan M. Parker. Creative Director
Ryan Parker began his humble life journey numerous years ago in a small mining community in the Appalachian Mountains. Ryan realized at a very young age that there had to be something more to life than coal, overalls, and black lung disease. Striking out in true Huckleberry Finn fashion Ryan found himself being drawn into the exciting life of being a Carni. While running the Ferris wheel and settling disputes between the Sword Eating Man and his wife the Bearded Lady, Ryan developed a secret passion for digital signage. With itchy feet and a restless mind Ryan traveled the globe searching for a place to foster his talents. He searched high and low, never resting and barely eating. When sleep finally consumed his tired, emaciated body he dreamed of man in a red tie proclaiming “All you need is electricity!” Ryan woke from his slumber and Googled the phrase that had he had heard in his dream.
Scottsdale? Where on Earth was this treasure trove of digital signage? He packed up his nap sack and said goodbye to his pet monkey Bernard one last time. He jumped into a small boat where he immediately realized that his pants ends were becoming soaked by the water in the bottom of the boat. Having a momentary freak out he switched to his boat shoes and rolled up his pants. Looking down in amazement at the wonder of never having to worry again about ruining his pants he vowed to always where his pants in this fashion.
After traveling a long, long way over oceans, and jungles he landed in what was referred to as a desert. The so called dry heat almost suffocated him upon arrival but Ryan persevered and found this mysterious pseudo Beverly Hills town of Scottsdale. Immediately he searched for a place where airplanes were stored, and office building surrounded a tiny, exclusive airpark. Eureka!! Ryan found the man in the red tie pulling at his hair and muttering that he needed someone who knew about graphic design and had some organizational skills. Ryan thought to himself, “Hey, I draw good and I am kinda organized.”
The rest as they say is history. These days one can find Ryan in his darkened cave like office that reminds Ryan of the mines in Appalachia. He is still wearing his pants rolled up high, but has switched to sandals to accommodate the heat. He is slowly taking over all aspects of creative design here at DynaTek Media Corporation, and his plans for world domination are moving along as scheduled. |
