Kathleen L. Gross. Chief Operating Officer and Director

Kathleen L. Gross started her career in 1983 as the equal shareholder and advisor to Ronald I. Gross in their first professional Financial Services Corporation, Ronald I. Gross Ltd.  From 1983 through present, Mrs. Gross has managed the internal operations of that company, been involved in business development, and was responsible for assisting in negotiating multiple partnerships.

Following her active roll in internal operations for Ronald I. Gross Ltd., Mrs. Gross was instrumental as a consultant during the formation of Golfstar America LLC, addressing various strategies for the rollout of the GPS Distance Display Systems for the golf industry, and identifying multiple marketing options and applications.

In 2001 Mrs. Gross was responsible for co-founding MedZone Corporation.  Mrs. Gross initiated various marketing strategies for the company, including directing the development of herbal products, addressing structural criteria during the formation of the company and ultimately the strategic negotiations for the buy out of the stock interests of the majority stock holders in MedZone.

Mrs. Gross has been instrumental in the founding of DynaTek Media and currently is overseeing the internal operations of DynaTek and its subsidiaries.  Mrs. Gross functions as the liaison between management and staff, human resources, and various marketing initiatives. Mrs. Gross also serves as a director on the Board of Directors.
